Danfoss SVA-S SS 15 straightway stainless steel shut-off (stop) valve for industrial-refrigeration line service, code 148B5291. This is the stainless-steel (SS) short-neck version of the Flexline stop valve, size 1/2 in (15 mm), with butt-weld inlet and outlet to EN 10220 — distinct from the carbon-steel SVA-S and the long-neck SVA-L SS bodies. Stainless steel body and connections give improved corrosion resistance for CO2 (R744) and ammonia (R717) duty. Bi-flow; maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F); Kv 4.9 m3/h (Cv 5.7 gal/min). Operated with a hand wheel. Straightway body places inlet and outlet in line.
