cBallast sources industrial spare parts — including obsolete, discontinued and hard-to-find components — beyond our online catalog of 9,000+ SKUs. If a part isn't listed, send the part number, OEM code or drawing to sales@cballast.com and we source it through our OEM and authorised-distributor network. Our catalog is updated continuously.
cBallast is an institutional supplier of industrial spare parts operated from Norway. The online catalog is a search-first front-end on a curated database of OEM and vetted-equivalent parts. Where a part is in the catalog, the listing carries the manufacturer part number, OEM and competitor cross-references, applicable standards, and the typical class-society approvals the brand holds. Where a part is not in the catalog, cBallast sources it through its OEM and authorised-distributor network.
The settlement model is quote-to-invoice. There is no online checkout. Buyers add items to a quote basket (or email part numbers to sales@cballast.com) and cBallast returns a written quotation. On acceptance, an invoice is issued and goods ship against bank transfer. This keeps the workflow compatible with institutional procurement and KYC processes.
cBallast does not source from anonymous marketplaces. The sourcing policy (linked from this page) sets out the OEM-first, authorised-distributor-second, vetted-cross-reference-third order of preference, and explicitly excludes counterfeit-risk channels.
