What does cBallast supply?
Industrial parts and spares across bearings, valves, fittings, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, fasteners, seals, motors, drives, sensors, heat exchangers, anodes, and related equipment. Marine and land-based applications are both supported.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is by quotation. Send the part number and quantity to sales@cballast.com and we return a written quotation, excluding VAT and freight. Volume discounts are quoted on request.
How are parts sourced?
From original equipment manufacturers and authorized distributors where available. Where an OEM original is not accessible, we source a cross-referenced equivalent and state its origin on the quotation before the order is accepted.
How is shipping handled?
Shipping is arranged per order via the carrier agreed on the quote (DHL, UPS, FedEx, sea freight or customer-nominated forwarder). Pack list and commercial invoice are prepared against the PO once payment terms are settled.
Can I request parts not listed in the catalog?
Yes. Send the part number, OEM code, drawing or equipment reference to sales@cballast.com. We reply within 24 hours with availability and pricing.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer for most transactions. For established accounts, payment terms can be agreed after the first order.
Are datasheets and certificates available?
Manufacturer datasheets are attached to product pages where publicly available. Material certificates, test reports and classification society approvals are supplied on request for applicable items.
