What ships with every consignment, on-request docs, IMPA / ISSA lookup, datasheet PDF policy, 7-year archive.

Every consignment ships with a packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin where required. Material certificates (EN 10204), class-society approvals, ATEX / IECEx declarations, MED wheelmark records, and PED conformity statements are included on request when the OEM holds them — note this at quote time.

Each product page hosts an A4 printable datasheet at /products/<slug>/datasheet that renders the full specification (part number, dimensions, materials, ratings, applicable standards). Where the OEM publishes a PDF datasheet, that PDF is linked separately. The fallback datasheet is generated server-side and remains available even when the OEM PDF is not.

cBallast retains shipping documentation for seven years. Re-issued documents (lost originals, copies for ship-survey, customs queries) can be requested by reference number.
