• Commercial invoice (line items, unit price in USD, Incoterms 2020 reference, payment terms)
• Certificate of origin on the chamber-of-commerce form
• EUR.1 movement certificate (FTA shipments, on request)
• Carrier waybill (DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, sea freight B/L, customer-nominated forwarder)
• Datasheet snapshot at time of dispatch (matches the product page)

Email the line numbers you need and the certificates are attached to the dispatch confirmation. Reply target 24 hours on working days.

• EN 10204 Type 2.1 declaration of compliance
• EN 10204 Type 2.2 test report
• EN 10204 Type 3.1 inspection certificate (signed by manufacturer's authorised inspector)
• Manufacturer datasheet (manufacturer-published PDF) where the OEM publishes one
• ATEX / IECEx certificate (Ex items)
• Marine equipment directive (MED / wheelmark) certificate
• ISO 9001 quality-system certificate of the supplier
• REACH SVHC declaration / RoHS declaration (electronic and electrical items)
• Classification-society type approval document (DNV / ABS / LR / BV / RINA / CCS / KR / NK / RMRS)

What lives on every product page

• Brand, category, subcategory and OEM part number
• IMPA code (where assigned)
• ISSA code (where it differs from IMPA)
• HS code, country of origin, material grade, dimensions, pressure / temperature rating, IP rating, standard reference (DIN / ISO / EN / ASTM)
• Compatibility note (fitting equipment, OEM cross-reference where applicable)
• Datasheet PDF link (where the OEM publishes one)
• Printable spec sheet at /products/<slug>/datasheet (always available, even when no OEM PDF exists)

IMPA / ISSA code lookup

Both code systems are searchable from the catalog top bar - paste an IMPA or ISSA number and the matching product appears in the dropdown.

Where a part has both codes, both are displayed on the product page. Quotations and invoices reference the OEM part number, the IMPA code and the ISSA code (when known) on every line item.

Datasheet PDF policy

Manufacturer datasheets are linked, not re-hosted, when the OEM publishes a public PDF. The link points at the OEM CDN or a vetted distributor (RS, Farnell, Mouser, Octopart, OEM support portal).

Where no OEM PDF is publicly available, the printable spec sheet at /products/<slug>/datasheet acts as the canonical datasheet for the SKU. It pulls every field on the product page into a print-ready A4 layout, embeds Product and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD for crawlers, and is served from the cBallast origin.

No PDF on this site comes from AliExpress, public forums, social-media downloads or unverified marketplaces.

Re-issuing lost documents

Email the dispatch reference and the documents are re-issued from the order archive. We hold dispatch records for at least 7 years after the order date.
