Danfoss SVA-S 65 angleway shut-off (stop) valve for industrial-refrigeration line service, code 148B5821. SVA-S is the standard-neck Flexline stop valve. This body carries butt-weld inlet and outlet to ASME B 36.10M Schedule 40, size 2 1/2 in (65 mm), and is cap operated — the cap variant of the angleway ASME B 36.10M Schedule 40 body (the hand-wheel variant is a separate code). Steel body and connections; bi-flow; maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F); Kv 120 m3/h (Cv 140 gal/min). Suits HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) systems. Angleway body places inlet and outlet at 90 degrees.
