Danfoss SVA-L 15 straightway shut-off (stop) valve for industrial-refrigeration line service, code 148B5271. SVA-L is the long-neck (extended bonnet) version of the Flexline stop valve, suited to thicker line insulation. This body carries butt weld inlet and outlet to ASME B 36.10M Schedule 80, size 1/2 in (15 mm) — a distinct connection variant from the other SVA-L 15 bodies. Steel body and connections; bi-flow; maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F); Kv 4.9 m3/h (Cv approx 5.7 gal/min). Operated with a cap. Suits HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) systems. Straightway body places inlet and outlet in line.
