Danfoss FIA SS 15 straightway stainless steel strainer (filter) housing for industrial-refrigeration line service, code 148B5296. The FIA housing takes a replaceable filter insert and removes particles from the refrigerant flow to protect downstream valves and controls. This is the stainless-steel straightway body with butt-weld inlet and outlet to EN 10220, size 1/2 in (15 mm) — the first FIA SS 15 body in the catalog. Stainless steel housing for improved corrosion resistance on CO2 (R744) and ammonia (R717) duty. Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F). Supplied with cover. The filter insert is ordered separately by mesh/micron rating.
