Danfoss REG-SA SS 15 straightway stainless steel hand-operated regulating (throttling) valve for industrial-refrigeration line service, code 148B5298. REG-SA carries the A-cone for fine, near-linear throttling; the SS designation is the stainless-steel body for improved corrosion resistance on CO2 (R744) and ammonia (R717) duty. This straightway body carries butt-weld inlet and outlet to EN 10220, size 1/2 in (15 mm) — distinct from the angleway EN REG-SA SS 15 (148B5297) and the straightway ASME Schedule 40 REG-SA SS 15 (148B5299).
