Danfoss AKS 32R pressure transmitter, genuine OEM code 060G6157. Output 0.5–4.5 V ratiometric (3-wire) over a measuring range of 0–50 bar (0–725 psi), supply voltage 5 V DC (4.5–5.5 V).
