Loctite Two-Part Gap-Filling Instant Adhesive Gel 10ml

Loctite 3090 is a two-component, fast-curing, gap-filling instant adhesive that bonds a variety of substrates including plastics, rubbers and metals. It is designed for the assembly of parts with varying or undefined bond gaps up to 5 mm, or where complete cure of excess adhesive is required. The gel consistency prevents flow even on vertical surfaces, and it also bonds porous materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabric.

Fills varying or undefined bond gaps up to 5 mm (0.2 in); gel prevents flow on vertical surfaces. Mixed open time @ 25 degC 90 to 180 seconds. Glass transition temperature ISO 11359-2 116 degC. Typical cured performance, lap shear strength ISO 4587 after 24 hours @ 22 degC on grit-blasted steel 21 N/mm2 (3,045 psi). Dispensed directly from the dual cartridge through the supplied static mixer; discard the first 1 to 2 cm of bead. Full strength typically develops 24 hours after assembly.
