Loctite High-Strength Retaining Compound Green 50ml

Loctite 603 is a one-component anaerobic retaining compound for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts, particularly where consistently clean surfaces cannot be assured. It is tolerant of minor surface contamination by industrial oils. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces. Typical applications include retaining roller bearings or oil-impregnated bushings into housings.

Tolerant of minor oil contamination on the substrate. Typical cured performance, compressive shear strength ISO 10123 on steel pins and collars 22.5 N/mm2 (3,260 psi). Cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces; activator SF 7471 or SF 7649 may be used to speed cure on inactive metals or in larger gaps. NSF International registered to NSF Category P1 for use as a sealant where there is no possibility of food contact in and around food-processing areas (regional registration).
