The APT is a self-acting differential-pressure control valve for hydronic distribution: it holds the differential pressure across a branch or terminal within its 20 KPa-60 KPa kPa adjustable range (factory setting 30 KPa), using an integral impulse tube (1.5 m) to sense the pressure across the served circuit.
