Danfoss SVA-S 10 hand-operated shut-off valve, store code 148B5130, straightway body with a handwheel. SVA-S is a straightway or angleway hand-operated shut-off valve in the Danfoss SVL Flexline range for industrial refrigeration. The standard (S) bonnet version uses a back-seating spindle so the packing can be replaced while the plant is in operation. The valve body and bonnet are made of special cold-resistant steel; the seat is fully interchangeable and the valve gives bi-directional (bi-flow) tight shut-off. A cap or a hand-wheel can be fitted, and the seal cap and spindle packing provide double sealing against the atmosphere. Applicable to R717 (ammonia), R744 (CO2) and fluorinated refrigerants and their oils. Maximum working pressure 52 bar g (754 psig); working temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F). Conformity assessment per the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, Article 4, paragraph 3 (sound engineering practice), fluid group 1. This code is nominal size DN 10 (3/8 in) with butt weld connections to ASME B 36.10M Schedule 80; flow coefficient Kv 3.2 m3/h (Cv 3.71). Bi-directional shut-off. Net weight 0.492 kg.
