SVA-S is a straightway or angleway hand-operated shut-off valve in the Danfoss SVL Flexline range for industrial refrigeration. The standard (S) bonnet version uses a back-seating spindle so the packing can be replaced while the plant is in operation. The valve body and bonnet are made of special cold-resistant steel; the seat is fully interchangeable and the valve gives bi-directional (bi-flow) tight shut-off. A cap or a hand-wheel can be fitted, and the seal cap and spindle packing provide double sealing against the atmosphere.
