Danfoss SNV-ST stop needle valve for industrial-refrigeration service, code 148B4566. The SNV series is a hand-operated stop/needle service valve used for gauge, purge, charging and isolation points on refrigeration plant; it has a sturdy back-seating (metal-to-metal) spindle, needs no specific flow direction (bi-flow) and gives favourable, throttleable flow characteristics. This SKU has 1/4 in NPT male x 1/4 in SAE 45 deg flare (UNF 7/16-20) connections. Housing and bonnet are low-temperature steel, built to the Pressure Equipment Directive and the usual classification-authority requirements. Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F). Applicable to HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2).
