Danfoss REG-SB 50 function module (complete top part) for the SVL Flexline range, code 148B5734. This is the regulating insert that converts an SVL 50 multifunction valve body into a REG-SB 50 hand-operated regulating (throttling) valve; it carries the B cone (higher capacity) on a spindle read against a scale for repeatable manual setting, with a vented cap that can be exchanged for a hand wheel. Supplied as a complete top part: top part, one gasket and four bolts. Flow area 822 mm2. Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F). Suits HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) systems. The interchangeable top-part design lets an installed SVL 50 body be re-tasked (shut-off, regulating, check & stop or check) by changing only the module, without re-welding.

Compatibility
Danfoss SVL Flexline REG-SB 50 function module. Fits the 50 mm SVL multifunction valve body (butt-weld or socket-weld, angleway or straightway). REG-SA (A cone, fine regulation) and REG-SB (B cone, higher capacity) modules differ only in cone characteristic — select REG-SB for higher capacity at the same nominal size. The module bolts to an already-welded SVL 50 body, so valve duty can be changed later without re-welding.
