Danfoss FIA SS 40 strainer for the SVL Flexline industrial-refrigeration range, store code 148B7010. Stainless-steel straightway body with socket weld connections both ends to ASME B 16.11. The FIA is an in-line strainer (filter) in the Danfoss SVL Flexline range that protects downstream valves, pumps and compressors from pipe scale and weld debris; the replaceable insert is available in 38, 72, 100, 150, 250 and 500 micron and in a pleated version for higher dirt-holding. Applicable to R717 (ammonia), R744 (CO2), HFC/HCFC refrigerants and oils. Nominal size 40 mm (1 1/2 in); flow coefficient Kv 19.2-26.4 m3/h depending on insert (Cv 84.54-116.24 gal/min).
