Danfoss CVH pilot valve body, code 027F1159, steel construction with a NPT 1/4 in connection (13 mm, ANSI/ASME B1.20.1). The CVH is the housing that lets a Danfoss CV-series pilot valve (constant-pressure CVP, differential-pressure CVPP, pressure-operated CVC, electronic CVE or solenoid EVM) operate in an external pilot line rather than being screwed directly into the main-valve top cover. A pilot screwed into a CVH housing can either control small capacities on its own — without a main valve — or act as an external control valve for an ICS, ICF (or discontinued PM) servo-operated main valve. This SKU is the bare CVH housing; the pilot insert and gasket are ordered separately. Maximum working pressure 65 bar (943 psig); media temperature -50 to 120 C (-58 to 248 F); PED Art. 4 par. 3, fluid group 1. For HCFC, HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) industrial-refrigeration systems. Supplied as multi pack (32 pc).
