Danfoss AVQM (003H6756) — self-acting flow controller with integrated control valve, PN 25, DN 32, for district heating and cooling systems. The AVQM holds the flow rate constant and limits it to the set maximum; the integrated control valve accepts a Danfoss AMV(E) electric actuator for combined flow and temperature control. It comprises a control valve with adjustable flow limiter, a connection neck for the electric actuator and a pressure actuator with one control diaphragm. Flow range 0.4–10 m³/h; flow-restrictor differential pressure 0.2 bar; Kvs 12.5 m³/h. Maximum differential-pressure range 16 bar; media temperature 2–150 °C; cavitation factor z ≥ 0.6; seat leakage 0.05 % Kvs (IEC 60534). Valve body Ductile iron EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3); valve cone Dezincing free brass CuZn36Pb2As; seat Stainless steel, mat. 1.4571; control diaphragm EPDM. Connection Flange DN 32 (EN 1092-2).
