Zerust/Excor ZAK-M22 is an adhesive-mount vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) capsule for protecting metals in hard-to-reach areas such as control cabinets, electrical enclosures and confined spaces. Peel back the protective paper from the adhesive tape and mount the capsule in the enclosure, then seal it; the capsule diffuses invisible, odorless, non-toxic VCI molecules that settle onto exposed metal surfaces and dissipate on opening, leaving no residue so parts can be processed without cleaning. The multimetal formulation protects ferrous and non-ferrous metals from rust and tarnish for up to 2 years. Coverage up to 35 ft³ (1 m³) with a protection radius up to 2 ft (60 cm).
