Zerust/Excor ActivPak(LS)-35 is a flash-corrosion vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) sachet for temporary corrosion protection of ferrous and aluminum metals inside sealed enclosures and packaging, including contaminated parts and aggressive storage or shipping conditions. Remove the sachet from its packaging, place it in the enclosure and seal it; the volatile flash-corrosion inhibitor takes effect within minutes while the progressive VCI chemistry settles onto exposed metal and dissipates on opening, allowing immediate painting, welding or further processing. Protects for up to 1 year in a sealed enclosure; coverage up to 35 ft³ (1 m³) per sachet. Sachet size 3 1/2 in × 5 in.
