Loctite 415 Super Bonder medium- to high-viscosity methyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive for bonding metal substrates and close-fitting parts. Clear, colourless liquid, 1 oz (28.3 g) bottle. Henkel IDH 135449 / order no. 41550.

- Chemical type
- methyl cyanoacrylate, one-component instant adhesive. Appearance: clear, colourless slightly hazy liquid. Viscosity: medium-high (Brookfield LVF, 25 degC). Specific gravity 1.1. Fixture time on degreased steel 30-60 s; full cure 24 h. Lap shear (ISO 4587) on grit-blasted steel 20-30 N/mm2 (2900-4350 psi), aluminium 15-22 N/mm2, ABS 4-12 N/mm2, polycarbonate 6-20 N/mm2, neoprene 6-20 N/mm2. Particularly suited to metal-to-metal bonding. Operating temperature -40 to +120 degC. Tested to Mil-A-46050C and qualified to Commercial Item Description A-A-3097 (regional).
