Product Description
Danfoss FIA 200 strainer housing for the SVL Flexline industrial-refrigeration range, store code 148B6302. Steel angleway body with butt-weld connections both ends to EN 10220 and a bolt-on cover. The FIA is an in-line strainer that protects downstream valves, pumps and compressors from pipe scale and weld debris; this is the pressure-containing housing (with cover) that takes a replaceable FIA INS strainer insert — available in 38, 72, 100, 150, 250 and 500 micron, plain or pleated (ordered separately). Suited to R717 (ammonia), R744 (CO2) and fluorinated refrigerants and their oils. Nominal size 200 mm (8 in); flow coefficient (housing plus insert) 572.9 m3/h (µ150 plain insert) to 620.5 m3/h (µ500 plain insert). Maximum working pressure 52 bar g (754 psig); media temperature -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F). net weight 61.3 kg, gross weight 76.6 kg. Conformity assessment PED 2014/68/EU, Category III.
