Product Description
Danfoss FIA 20 angleway strainer housing for the SVL Flexline industrial-refrigeration range, code 148B5345. The FIA is an in-line strainer fitted ahead of automatic controls, pumps and compressors to protect them from weld scale, swarf and dirt — at initial plant start-up and, with a fine insert, for permanent filtration. This SKU is the steel housing with bolted cover, 20 mm (3/4 in) socket weld connections to ASME B16.11. The filter element is the separate FIA INS strainer insert (available 38, 72, 100, 150, 250 and 500 micron, plain or pleated) and is removed for cleaning without breaking the line connections. Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F). For HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) systems.
