Danfoss NRD 12s differential (opening) pressure valve, code 020B1132 — a spring-loaded non-return valve with a defined 1.4 bar opening pressure from the Danfoss NRD range for commercial A/C and refrigeration. The NRD is fitted together with a condensing pressure regulator (KVR) and/or a receiver pressure regulator (KVD): it holds a minimum pressure difference of about 1.4 bar across the KVR so that condensing-pressure control remains effective at low ambient temperature, while also acting as a check valve that prevents reverse (backward) flow. This SKU has 1/2 in ODF solder (inlet and outlet) connections; maximum working pressure 49 bar (710 psig); media temperature range -50 to 155 C (-58 to 311 F). Suitable for HCFC/HFC/HFO and hydrocarbon refrigerants. UL listed (C UL US) and EAC. Price on quote.

Compatibility
The NRD is selected by body size (NRD 6s / 12s / 19s) and connection. It is installed together with a Danfoss KVR condensing pressure regulator (and KVD receiver regulator) to hold the minimum pressure difference the KVR needs at low ambient. 1/2 in ODF solder and 12 mm ODF solder are separate code numbers — confirm the connection before ordering.
