Zerust/Excor Axxanol 33 is a ready-to-use oil-based rust-preventative liquid that forms a light oily film for indoor and outdoor storage, shipment and work-in-progress protection of ferrous and some non-ferrous metals for up to 1 year. Coverage 1019 ft² (95 m²) per gallon at 1.5 mil (40 µm) wet film thickness; flashpoint 199°F (93°C) per ASTM D93; kinematic viscosity 20.1 cSt at 104°F (40°C); VOC content 0.47 lb/gal (56 g/L) per EPA Method 24; engine-oil compatibility 10% v/v. Applied by immersion, brush or spray at ambient temperature; removed with Zerust AxxaWash, alkaline or solvent cleaner. Contains no intentional barium or heavy metals; complies with Global Automotive Declarable Substance, TSCA, RoHS and REACH SVHC requirements.
