Zerust/Excor Axxanol 34CD is a ready-to-use solvent-based rust-preventative liquid that dries to a thin oily, near dry-to-touch film for protecting metal components, machined and cast parts and engines for up to 1 year indoors. Coverage 2037 ft² (189 m²) per gallon at 0.78 mil (20 µm) wet film thickness; flashpoint 102°F (39°C) per ASTM D93; kinematic viscosity 1.6 cSt at 104°F (40°C); VOC content 5.53 lb/gal (663 g/L) per EPA Method 24; outdoor protection up to 24 hours and salt-spray tested per ASTM B117. Applied by immersion, brush or spray at ambient temperature; removed with Zerust AxxaWash, alkaline or solvent cleaner. Optimal storage 50–90°F (10–32°C) for up to 2 years from shipment. Contains no intentional barium or heavy metals; complies with Global Automotive Declarable Substance, TSCA, RoHS and REACH SVHC requirements.
