Product Description
Zerust/Excor Axxanol 750 is a ready-to-use oil-based rust-preventive liquid containing Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI). Applied by spray, mist or fog, it forms a clear thin oily moisture-barrier film and, when used with Zerust VCI film packaging, the VCI chemistry migrates to metal surfaces in voids, crevices and chambers for protection over years of enclosed storage. Coverage 1358 ft² (126 m²) per gallon at 1.18 mil (30 µm) wet film thickness; flashpoint 176°F (80°C) per ASTM D93; kinematic viscosity 11.1 cSt at 104°F (40°C); VOC content 2.14 lb/gal (257 g/L) per EPA Method 24; engine-oil compatibility 10% v/v. Removed with Zerust AxxaWash, alkaline or solvent cleaner. Contains no intentional barium or heavy metals; complies with Global Automotive Declarable Substance, TSCA, RoHS and REACH SVHC requirements. Supplied as a 55 gal (208 L) drum; 5 gal (19 L) pail also available. Zerust part number 350-M-00019DR.
