Danfoss SVL-140B 65 multifunction valve body for the 140 bar (2030 psig) SVL Flexline range for industrial R744 (CO2) sub- and trans-critical systems, code 148B6909. This is the bare valve housing (body only, no function module): it is welded or brazed permanently into the line and then given its duty — shut-off (SVA-140B) or strainer (FIA-140B) — by fitting the corresponding complete top part, which exchanges without cutting the body out of the line. This SKU is the straightway body with 2 1/2 in butt weld connections to ANSI B36.10 SCH80. Single-flow body (embossed 1-way arrow); maximum working pressure 140 bar (2030 psig), maximum differential pressure 110 bar (1595 psig); media temperature range -40 to 150 C (-40 to 302 F). Housing and bonnet in low-temperature steel to the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive; CE marked. Straightway bodies place the inlet and outlet in line. Order the matching SVA-140B or FIA-140B function module separately for the required duty.

Danfoss SVL-140B Flexline multifunction valve body for 140 bar CO2 service. Select by nominal size (SVL-140B 65), body direction (straightway) and connection (2 1/2 in butt weld, ANSI B36.10 SCH80). The same body accepts an SVA-140B shut-off or FIA-140B strainer top part, so the duty is set by the module fitted, not by the body. Butt-weld and brazed housings are separate codes and are not interchangeable; EN and ANSI/ASME connection standards are also separate codes — confirm the mating pipe standard before ordering. The 140 bar CO2 range is distinct from the 52/65 bar SVL family and its parts are not interchangeable.
