Danfoss SVL-140B 50 multifunction valve body for the 140 bar (2030 psig) SVL Flexline range for industrial R744 (CO2) sub- and trans-critical refrigeration, code 148B6861. This is the bare valve housing (body only, no function module): it is welded or brazed permanently into the line and then given its duty — shut-off (SVA-140B), stop/check or check (CHV-140B) or strainer (FIA-140B) — by fitting the corresponding complete top part, which exchanges without cutting the body out of the line. This SKU is the angleway body with 54 mm (2 1/8 in) brazed connections to EN 1254-5, ASME B16.50. Maximum working pressure 140 bar (2030 psig); media temperature range -40 to 150 C (-40 to 302 F); housing in low-temperature steel. Angleway bodies place the inlet and outlet at 90 degrees. Order the matching SVA-140B, CHV-140B or FIA-140B function module separately for the required duty.

Select by nominal size (SVL-140B 50), body direction (angleway) and connection (54 mm (2 1/8 in) brazed, EN 1254-5, ASME B16.50). The same body accepts an SVA-140B shut-off, CHV-140B stop/check or FIA-140B strainer top part, so the duty is set by the module fitted, not by the body. Butt-weld and brazed housings are separate codes and are not interchangeable; EN and ANSI/ASME connection standards are also separate codes — confirm the mating pipe standard before ordering. The 140 bar CO2 range is distinct from the 52/65 bar SVL family and its parts are not interchangeable.
