Danfoss SVA-S 25 hand-operated shut-off (stop) valve for the SVL Flexline industrial-refrigeration range, code 148B5420. The SVA-S is a manually-operated, globe-pattern stop valve used to isolate liquid, suction, hot-gas and oil lines. The angleway body has butt weld connections to ASME B 36.10M Schedule 80 in 25 mm (1 in). Flow coefficient Kv 24.8 m3/h (Cv 28.7 gal/min). Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F). Cold-resistant steel housing for HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) systems. Built on the SVL Flexline modular platform with a back-seating spindle for repacking under pressure; the cap can be exchanged for a hand wheel. SVA-S has a standard cap; SVA-L is the equivalent long version with a fixed hand wheel.

Compatibility
Danfoss SVL Flexline SVA-S shut-off valve. Select by nominal size (25 mm / 1 in), body (angleway) and connection standard (ASME B 36.10M Schedule 80). EN 10220 and ASME weld-end preparations are not interchangeable — confirm the mating pipe schedule before ordering. The angleway body has inlet and outlet at 90 degrees; the alternate body is available in the same size. Shares the SVL Flexline platform with REG-SA/SB regulating valves and SCA-X/CHV-X check valves; spare parts are common to the platform.
