Danfoss SCA-X 125 stop/check valve for the SVL Flexline industrial-refrigeration range, code 148B6103. The SCA-X combines a spring-loaded check (non-return) function with a hand-operated stop function: the guided cone permits flow in one direction only and closes against back-flow toward pumps, compressors and vessels, while the spindle under the vented cap allows the line to be shut off manually for service. This SKU is the angleway body in cold-resistant steel with 125 mm (5 in) butt-weld connections to ASME B 36.10M Schedule 40. Flow coefficient Kv 301 m3/h (Cv 356 gal/min); minimum opening differential pressure 0.04 bar (0.62 psi); flow direction marked by an embossed 1-way arrow. Internal backseating lets the spindle seal be replaced while the valve is under pressure. Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F). For HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) systems. Built on the SVL Flexline modular platform and serviceable with SVL Flexline spare parts.

EN 10220 and ASME B 36.10M weld-end preparations are not interchangeable — confirm the mating pipe schedule before ordering. The SCA-X adds a hand stop to the check function; where check-only is required, use the CHV-X of the same size. Mount with the embossed arrow in the direction of intended flow.
