Danfoss ICF SS 20-6-3HRB Flexline stainless steel valve station (code 027L3579). The ICF SS valve station combines several refrigeration control functions in a single stainless steel housing, replacing a string of separately-mounted stop, filter, solenoid, regulating and motor-operated valves with one welded-in station. This is a 6-function-module (ICF SS 20-6) configuration with 20 mm butt weld end connections to ASME B 36.19M Schedule 40S. Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to +120 C. Applicable to HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) in pumped-liquid, liquid-injection and hot-gas lines. The stainless steel housing and modules suit corrosive and hygienic-duty plant where the carbon-steel ICF line is unsuitable. Supplied as a complete factory-assembled and pressure-tested station.
