Danfoss ICF SS 20-4-90 Flexline valve station (code 027L4744). The ICF valve station combines several refrigeration control functions in one stainless steel housing — for this configuration: Stop valve (ICFS SS 20), Check valve (ICFC SS 20), Manual regulating valve (ICFR SS 20-A), Welding module (ICFW SS 20-D). Connection size 32 mm, connection standard EN 10220. Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to +120 C. The ICF Flexline modular concept replaces a string of individually-mounted valves with a single station, reducing weld joints and leak paths. For low- and high-pressure refrigerants in pumped liquid, liquid injection, liquid drain and hot-gas lines, including R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2).
