The ICF valve station combines several refrigeration control functions in one steel housing — for this configuration: Stop valve (ICFS 20), Filter (ICFF 20), Solenoid valve (ICFE 20), Manual opening (ICFO 20), Electronic expansion valve (ICFL 20F), Stop/check valve (ICFN 20). Connection size 20 mm, connection standard ASME B 36.10M Schedule 80 (butt weld). Maximum working pressure 65 bar (943 psig); media temperature range -45 to +50 C. The ICF Flexline modular concept replaces a string of individually-mounted valves with a single station, reducing weld joints and leak paths.
