Danfoss FIA 15 strainer (filter) housing for the SVL Flexline industrial-refrigeration range, code 148B5247. The FIA is an in-line strainer that protects downstream valves, pumps and controls by holding a replaceable filter insert in the flow; the housing is common and the filtration fineness is set by the chosen insert (µ100, µ150, µ250 or µ500, plain or pleated). This SKU is the straightway housing in 15 mm (1/2 in) butt weld connections to ASME B 36.10M Schedule 80. Flow coefficient by insert: µ100 2.5 / µ150 2.6 / µ150 pleated 3.3 / µ250 2.7 / µ500 2.8 m3/h. Steel housing rated 52 bar (754 psig) maximum working pressure, media temperature -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F). Suits HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) systems. Built on the SVL Flexline modular platform — the complete top part is interchangeable across the SVA-S/SVA-L, REG and SCA-X functions; the filter insert is serviced without removing the housing from the line.
