Danfoss repair kit, piston & sealing, code 148B6954 — the piston-and-sealing service kit used to recondition the moving cone/piston and reseal the CHV-140B 50-65 stop/check valve of the 140 bar (2030 psig) SVL Flexline range for industrial R744 (CO2) service. The Danfoss Flexline design lets the top part be serviced in place on an installed, welded valve body, so this kit is fitted during a scheduled reseal or overhaul without cutting the valve out of the line. Supplied as: Multi pack, 12 pc. Product group: SVL Flexline spare parts. Used for product CHV-140B 50-65. Parts for the 140 bar CO2 range are not interchangeable with the 52/65 bar SVL Flexline family.
