Control is modulating (0(2)–10 V / 0(4)–20 mA) with 3-point fallback and position feedback, for continuous proportional valve positioning. Power consumption 14 W. Enclosure IP54, protection class II per EN 60730-1. Ambient range 0 °C to 55 °C, valve media up to 200 °C, with manual override. The AME 655 motorises large Danfoss globe/seat valve bodies (VFG 2, VFGS 2, VFU 2, VFQ 2, VF and matched series); the 50 mm stroke and 2000 N force suit the large DN range of those valves.
