Danfoss heat cartridge kit (code number 027H1209) for the ICAD 600 electric actuator on ICM motor-operated valves. The kit warms the actuator so it operates reliably at low media or ambient temperature. Danfoss recommends fitting it when the media temperature through the ICM valve is below -30 °C, or when the valve is installed outdoors and the media is below -10 °C. The kit comprises a heat cartridge, a cartridge holder and heat-conduction compound; the holder is fitted to the ICAD 600 before the actuator is mounted on the valve. Supplied as a multi pack of 4.

Compatibility
For the ICAD 600 electric actuator (e.g. 027H0485/0486/0487/0488/0489) on ICM motor-operated valves. The ICAD 900 uses the separate 027H1219 heat cartridge kit. Fit the holder to the actuator before mounting it on the valve. Confirm the ICAD model and the low-temperature duty before ordering.
