Loctite 454 surface-insensitive cyanoacrylate gel; non-sag gel consistency for vertical surfaces and porous materials, rapid fixturing of metals, plastics and elastomers. Used by maintenance technicians and installation crews across industrial, marine and construction service.

- Technology cyanoacrylate; chemical type ethyl cyanoacrylate; clear to slightly cloudy gel (uncured). Surface-insensitive; gel consistency prevents flow on vertical surfaces; suited to porous substrates (wood, paper, leather, fabric) as well as metals, plastics and elastomers. Specific gravity 1.1 @ 25 degC; viscosity (Brookfield RVT, 25 degC, Helipath) spindle TC
- 100,000-300,000 mPa.s @ 2.5 rpm, 18,000-40,000 mPa.s @ 20 rpm. Fast fixture from atmospheric moisture; full chemical/solvent resistance after ~24 h. Lap shear tested per ISO 4587; tensile per ISO 6922; NSF International registered. Operating temperature -40 to +80 degC. 20 g tube.
