Product Description
Danfoss RLV — manual return-side lockshield radiator valve for two-pipe hydronic heating systems, OEM order code 003L0344. The RLV is a return-side lockshield valve with an integral drain-off feature, allowing an individual radiator to be shut off and drained/filled for maintenance without affecting the rest of the system. Regulation and isolation are set with a 6 mm hex socket under a screw-on cap. This variant has a self-sealing tailpiece (dry-break — the tailpiece seals when the union nut is loosened, so the radiator can be disconnected with minimal water loss). RLV DN 15, straight pattern, connection to system Rp 1/2, connection to radiator R 1/2 (internal thread), Kvs 2.5 m³/h. Body brass, finish Nickel plated. working pressure 10 bar, test pressure 16 bar, flow temperature up to 120 °C. Pair with a Danfoss RA-series thermostatic radiator valve on the flow side.
