The ICF valve station combines several refrigeration control functions in one steel housing — for this configuration: SVA-S 65 stop valve, ICM 65-B control valve, SVA-S 65 stop valve. Connection size 80 mm, connection standard ASME B 36.10M Schedule 80 (butt weld). Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to +120 C. The ICF Flexline modular concept replaces a string of individually-mounted valves with a single station, reducing weld joints and leak paths. For low- and high-pressure refrigerants in pumped liquid, liquid injection, liquid drain and hot-gas lines, including R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2).
