Danfoss CHV-X 32 check (non-return) valve for the SVL Flexline industrial-refrigeration range, code 148B6588. The CHV-X permits refrigerant flow in one direction only and closes to prevent back-flow toward pumps, compressors and vessels. The cold-resistant steel housing carries a spring-loaded, guided cone with a V-port profile that throttles below roughly 25% lift to suppress valve chatter and noise. This SKU is the straightway (in-line) body, with the inlet and outlet co-linear, in 32 mm (1 1/4 in) butt-weld connections to ASME B 36.10M Schedule 80. Flow coefficient Kv 21 m3/h (Cv 24.4 gal/min); minimum opening differential pressure 0.04 bar (0.58 psi); flow direction marked by an embossed 1-way arrow. Maximum working pressure 52 bar (754 psig); media temperature range -60 to 150 C (-76 to 302 F). For HCFC, non-flammable HFC, R717 (ammonia) and R744 (CO2) systems. Built on the SVL Flexline modular platform and serviceable with SVL Flexline spare parts.

Compatibility
Danfoss SVL Flexline CHV-X check valve. Select by nominal size (32 mm / 1 1/4 in) and connection standard (ASME B 36.10M Schedule 80 butt weld). EN 10220 (DIN) and ASME B 36.10M weld-end preparations are not interchangeable — confirm the mating pipe schedule before ordering. The straightway body has co-linear inlet/outlet; where a 90-degree turn is required, use the angleway CHV-X of the same size. The CHV-X is check-only; where an integral hand shut-off is also required, use the SCA-X stop/check valve of the same size. Mount with the embossed arrow in the direction of intended flow.
