Product Description
Danfoss BCP1 boiler pressure control for steam and hot-water boilers, genuine OEM code number 017B0002. Dedicated pressure switch for safety and pressure monitoring of boiler plant; fail-safe dual-bellows sensing element gives premature cut-out on a fault. Regulation (setting) range 0.1 bar to 1.1 bar (Pe), differential 0.15 bar to 0.6 bar (adjustable). Single-pole changeover (SPDT) snap-action microswitch with automatic reset. Serves as the operating pressure control / cut-out for steam and hot-water boilers, restoring the circuit automatically once pressure returns within the differential. G½A male pressure connection (ISO 228-1); DIN 43650-A / EN 175301-803 plug, Pg 11; IP65 enclosure. Media steam, water or air; media temperature up to 120 °C (fit a water-filled siphon above 120 °C); ambient -20 °C to 70 °C. Max. working pressure 6 bar (87 psig), test 6.6 bar, burst 9 bar. Fail-safe to SIL 2 (IEC 61508). PED 2014/68/EU category IV safety equipment, TÜV component-tested (test basis EN 12952-11 / EN 12953-9). EAN 5702423248032.
