Danfoss NRV 12 piston-type check valve (non-return valve), OEM P/N 020-1118. Controls unidirectional refrigerant flow to prevent back-flow in commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. The NRV opens at a low minimum pressure differential (0.05 bar / 0.72 psi). Straightway pattern, Face seal (metal gasket) connection 1/2 in face seal, inlet and outlet. Built-in damping piston. Max working pressure 46 bar (667 psig); media temperature -50 to 140 °C (-58 to 285 °F). Kv 2.37 m³/h (Cv 2.74 gal/min). Face-seal (metal-gasket) connections are approved for A1 and A2L refrigerants only. UL (C UL US Listed) and EAC. Compatibility
Install in the direction of the flow arrow. The differential pressure across the valve must exceed the minimum opening pressure differential (0.05 bar), including at the lowest capacity of capacity-regulated compressors. Braze the ODF solder ends with care to protect the internal seals. Verify code, connection size and spring variant (NRV vs NRVH) before ordering.
