Abiko 10,0 TVILL — pre-insulated wire-end ferrule (cord-end terminal) that terminates two 10 mm² fine-stranded copper conductors in a single common barrel for a secure, gas-tight insertion into a screw or spring-clamp terminal. The barrel is tin-plated electrolytic copper (Cu-ETP, Cu 99.95%). The barrel carries a polypropylene (PP) insulation sleeve, colour-coded by conductor size to DIN 46228-4, with a funnel entry that guides the strands and prevents splaying. Crimped with a matching Abiko/Elpress ferrule crimping tool. Dimensions to DIN 46228-4. Used to prepare flexible (IEC 60228 Class 5/6) conductors for control panels, switchboards, terminal blocks and motor terminations.
