Abiko Insulated Wire-End Ferrule 1.5 mm² Bandoliered — pre-insulated wire-end ferrule (cord-end terminal) that terminates a 1.5 mm² fine-stranded copper conductor for a secure, gas-tight insertion into a screw or spring-clamp terminal. The barrel is tin-plated electrolytic copper (Cu-ETP, Cu 99.95%). The polypropylene (PP) collar is colour-coded by conductor size to DIN 46228-4. Supplied bandoliered on a plastic strip for automatic and sequential crimping tools (e.g. Abiko EAP series). Dimensions to DIN 46228-4. Used to prepare flexible (IEC 60228 Class 5/6) conductors for control panels, switchboards, terminal blocks and motor terminations.
