Zerust Z-PAK-01 fast-acting vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) emitter packet for temporary corrosion protection of ferrous metals during shipment, storage or work-in-progress. Place the packet in a sealed enclosure; it diffuses invisible, odorless, non-toxic VCI molecules that settle onto exposed metal and dissipate on opening, so parts can be painted, welded or processed without cleaning. Protects ferrous metals for up to 6 months during domestic shipment/storage and up to 3 months during overseas shipment in a sealed enclosure. Vapor-inhibiting ability passes NACE TM0208. Packet size 2 1/8 in × 2 in; coverage up to 3.5 ft³ (0.1 m³). Supplied as a case of 1,000. Zerust part number 375-F-00100.
