Product Description
Zerust ICT510-C vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) reclosable zipper poly bag — a 4 mil blue polyethylene bag with an integral press-to-close zipper that protects parts made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from corrosion during storage and transit. Place a clean, dry part inside and press the zipper closed; the ZERUST VCI diffuses invisible, odorless, non-toxic molecules that settle onto exposed metal surfaces. On opening, the VCI dissipates so the part can be painted, welded or processed without cleaning, and the bag can be re-sealed and re-used. Size 4 in × 6 in, 4 mil (102 µm) film, multimetal (blue) formulation for combinations of ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as electronic assemblies, machinery and automotive CKD components; Vapor Inhibiting Ability passes NACE TM0208. The zipper closure suits frequently accessed kits, spares and line-side parts. Supplied as a case of 1000. Zerust part number 050-M-00007.
