Zerust ICT510-C vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) gusseted poly bag — a 4 mil yellow polyethylene bag with side gussets that open into a three-dimensional sleeve for boxed, palletized or bulky ferrous items such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves and machined assemblies. Place a clean, dry part inside and close the bag; the ZERUST VCI diffuses invisible, odorless, non-toxic molecules that settle onto exposed metal surfaces and hold off rust during storage and transit. On opening, the VCI dissipates so the part can be painted, welded or processed without cleaning. Open size 82 in × 40 in × 79 in (width × gusset × length), 4 mil (102 µm) film, ferrous (yellow) formulation; Vapor Inhibiting Ability passes NACE TM0208. Heat-sealable; made with at least 10% recycled plastic and recyclable. Supplied as 25 bags per roll. Zerust part number 075-F-00031.
